well, i'm zero for 23, sitting in class in fact, but at least i'm productive!

parking was easy to find, i guess nobody wants to be at the tanner building past 5pm on valentine's day.

glasses

a few words about glasses.

i love mine. but wearing them in the winter? when are they NOT foggy? they fog up when i go outside, when i come inside, when i put them on, when i take them off. so annoying.

if your glasses are dirty, i'll probably offer to clean them for you. don't think i'm weird, controlling, crazy, or ocd. just accept my kindness and lets be on our way.

my roommate has really cool glasses.

a beautiful mess

that's what a friend called my life last night...and he's definitely right about the mess part.

it's been a rough start getting into 2012, and it's only getting rougher for now.

i said goodbye to stella on friday. saddest thing i've ever had to do. but he has a wonderful, loving family and two new best friends, a 4 year-old and a 7 year-old. i'll love you forever stel. you were my best friend!

i'm taking 18 credits this semester...am i crazy? the answer: yes. i'm petitioning to add a class--so keep your fingers crossed they say yes! when the petition goes through, i'll have 18 credits, plus a month's worth of make-up work. can't wait!

moving. leaving my lovely little apartment with my lovely roommates. also terribly sad about that, but sometimes life doesn't give us many other choices. at least the new place is...(nothing to say about that at the moment). right now half my stuff is here and half my stuff is there, and my mind is everywhere.

Arches

Who decides to plan a camping trip in Utah in January? We do. That's who.

This weekend I drove down to Moab with some friends to go camping at Arches! So cold. So so so cold.

Hiked, told stories, laughed, did the usual camping activities. Reminded me of camping with the fam when I was little.

My favorite? Waking up Sunday morning, climbing out of the crammed tent and going for a walk while watching the sun rise. Breathtakingly beautiful.
