It's A Boy!

Yes, we found out a couple of days ago (after much googling and a small traumatic experience) that our sweet little baby bunny is a boy.

Am I the worst parent ever? Quite possibly. And yes, I'm a little stressed about it. But don't worry. It's not like Stella has had an identity crisis or anything. I doubt bunnies have the same gender role issues we love to give ourselves. He's just as happy as ever...and at least he can wear his new blue argyle sweater!

And yes, we're still calling him Stella.

2012. here's to hoping.

i was going to review my year, and maybe post a few goals for the next like everyone else in the blogging community. however, i got a few lines in and decided it was far too depressing to publish on the internet for all to see.

so instead, i am making no promises to myself or others for 2012...here's to hoping it'll be better than 2011?

Very interesting commentery on what people see as art and what is beautiful. Watch it.

In the movie, what seems to be popular is empty and meaningless and art made with passion is dismissed and critiqued harshly.

What I learned:
The artists who make money aren't always the great ones
We shouldn't try to mask true beauty in order to fit arbitrary criteria
Is the commercial aspect of art what is ruining it?
